I am working as an assistant professor of yoga in Punjab. There am providing students different kinds of yoga techniques as I was really done with the boring workouts and wanted to explore something new. So I joined Group Fitness instructor training course on 23rd of December 2017 , and it is an excellent fitness course and we get full day training and we were provided morning and evening classes with regular members, this is the only course which is providing latest ,skillful and perfect knowledge to students.
Classes filled me with a lot of energy and felt energetic and all geared up after the classes. I really appreciate Anuj Sir and Poonam Madam for their skillful knowledge and supportive behavior towards the Instructor. Thank you for always motivating each one to workout harder.
