About Me

 I am dedicated to transforming lives through Diet, Fitness, Wellness, Martial Arts and Instructor education. I run multiple training programs in Aerobics, Diet, Dance Fitness, Taekwondo, Pilates, and Women’s Self-Defense, helping people build confidence, discipline, and better health. ( Group & personal training )

I also lead Instructor certification courses through our organization, IGNITE WELLNESS FOUNDATION registered with Govt Of India empowering individuals to become skilled, confident, and industry-ready fitness professionals.

With years of experience and a passion for teaching, I strive to create programs that are practical, accessible, and impactful for all age group

Group & Personal Training

I offer both Group Training and Personal Training designed to help people achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance, motivation, and technique.

In Group Training, participants enjoy energetic, structured workouts in Floor Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Dance Fitness, Pilates, and more. These sessions create a fun and supportive environment where everyone progresses together.

For those who want focused attention, Personal Training provides one-on-one coaching tailored to individual needs, goals, and fitness levels. Every session is customized, ensuring faster results, correct form, and safe training.

My aim is to make fitness enjoyable, effective, and suitable for all—from beginners to advanced learners.
