I run multiple training programs in Aerobics, Diet, Dance Fitness, Taekwondo, Pilates, and Women’s Self-Defense, helping people build confidence, discipline, and better health. I also lead Instructor certification courses through our organization, IGNITE WELLNESS FOUNDATION registered with Govt Of India empowering individuals to become skilled, confident, and industry-ready fitness professionals.
