Anuj Academy gave me a strong foundation for creating a place for myself in the fitness industry. With no prior background,my experience with Anuj Academy was wonderful and I am so glad to be associated with them. Anuj as a trainer focuses on combining various forms of exercises and ensures that individual strengths are considered while training. He is a wonderful trainer and puts lot of emphasis on accuracy of movements.
