Three focused 1-hour, non-stop class styles plus coaching on teaching skills and class design.

  • Step Aerobics: Reebok Style — 1 hour non-stop class
  • Floor Aerobics: Low & High Impact (Reebok Style) — 1 hour non-stop class
  • Dance Fitness: Bollywood, Hollywood, Bhangra, Latin — track by track 1 hour class
