Level 1 — Basic Introduction Training (Mandatory)

Duration: 1 or 2 days
This level builds your foundation:

  • Understanding music structure (beats, downbeats, BPM)

  • Layering blocks & creating choreography in both directions

  • Basic cueing

  • Warm-up & cool-down structure

  • How to teach safely

  • Training principles used by top global instructors

Includes:

Level 2 — One-Week Instructor Training

Duration: 7 Days (1 hour/day – Online or Offline)
